About Burnie's Deer Processing

Our business is unique in a lot of ways. We are 100% family owned and operated. We share the same passion about hunting as you do, and we wanted to carry that experience to a whole new level. Not only are we sportsmen, but also, we are a processing center, offering you hand-cut, hand-made, all in-house products made from your deer. We have implemented several protocols to the processing process, to insure you get your deer back.

We take time to make sure your deer is handled carefully to insure NO contaminated deer are entered into the refrigerator where all the deer are stored till processing. We also weigh your deer after the skinning process is complete so you will have an idea of the yield of your deer. This is not something

we take lightly. If it is important to me, it is important to the hunter also. How can you know how much deer you get back when you don’t know how much

it weighted.

We are constantly making sure that the product we are giving out is to our standards. This is done thru randomly sampling product to assure of the quality.

We welcome your feedback, and are always looking for ways to make the best product we can. We already have plans to expand our building to include a whole new drop-off facility, walk-in refrigerator, stripping station, menu station under roof, bags of ice for packing deer, and we are just getting started.
