In order for us to process your deer, you must provide us with your confirmation number, which you can get over the phone or online, and a completed menu. You can find our phone number or the website address in your DNR handbook.
Usually, the average yield on a deer after it has been field dressed, head off and skinned, is around 40% to 45%,depending on the damage from the kill.
We inspect each and every deer that comes into our shop to insure the most yield of your deer. We will note of any problems on the menu sheet located at the bottom of the menu.
